From the ashes of HELMET HERO'S comes HELLKEYDOE promoting knowledge, wisdom and understanding.

NOTE: HELLKEYDOE IS NOT WU-TANG AFFILIATED GROUP. (They are NOT Killa Bees)

  • D.L.A.H (producer/mc)
  • Consciouz Fear(mc)
  • Maddfame(producer)
  • Raddrr Van (affiliate)

They are currently working on there self titled debut for the Summer of 2,006. Their music is also featured on the True Grind DVD under IRON CHAMBER Ent.

Straight out of BLACK GERMANY, OHIO  - not far from Stuebenvile's KILLARMY.

D.L.A.H is also working with 4th disciple, Islord and Cappadonna in the near future. They are producing tracks for Raddrr Van 's follow up album.  more to come......

What does HellKeyDoe stand for and what do your names mean?

[HELLKEYDOE]: well the name Hellkeydoe means: going thru HELL is the KEY to getting legal DOE. You see, hell is earth, heaven is what you make it , nawmean.  Ok check it....it's like Hell=earth Key=allah(god)=Doe=money.  Also, in the martial arts Doe means way;  God is the way (key) to escape the invisible shackles we still have around us today.  We limited ourselves. We don't flip our ILLEGAL money into legal money to provide a better lifestyle for us. We settle for less.  We, Hellkeydoe, want to teach young godz & earths to settle for more. Want me.  Use the Key (god) and unlock the shackles.  Hellkeydoe uses the thunder palm style which is a might single handed palm blow to destroy our opponents.

[D.L.A.H]: D.L.A.H stands for a couple names.1st it stand for Damon Logan A Holland. All 4 of those names mean myself.  Divine Love Allah He is what some call me as well. Than last but not lease Da Leader of Allah's Helmets. I'm a leader not a follower.  Even as a young germ I always took control of what was going on.  I always loved myself nawmean... now to some that can be selfness on my part but if you don't love yourself than how can you love anything else.  So at all times I'm D.L.A.H the leader of the helmet hero's.

[Consciouz Fear]: Consciouz Fear is being aware of fear. Kats try to cut me down ,try to hit me with history questions & shit like what you know I know who I am. I have a conscious state of being aware of myself & my capabilities aware of my surroundings people feel that aggressiveness, I bring that and my awareness to the for front and make people come up close wit things they usually don't want to know R talk about, people fear that. People fear the thought of being exposed to the public to themselves and info that causes to much brain activity. It won't offend me to those who don't feel me R like the music not everybody can handle the lyrical content R state of  mind it's heavy shit. Fear Fear for that's the most hunting consciousness.

Can you talk about when, how and why you started to rap?

[Consciouz Fear]: For me freestylin' with the fellas at age 16,listening to KRS-One wordplay had me hooked to mc'en.

[D.L.A.H]: Mc'en for me was around knowledge cipher nawmean. When I saw the Juicecrew "the symphony". Each mc's had his own style and seeing dat had a younggod needing to grab a M-I-C. Than kane was nice on his own so I was like yo, you can also be iller solo. When I would write a rhyme it released a lot of negative and positive energy I was feeling that day or week.

How long have you been in the game, and what has inspired you most about being in the music game?

[D.L.A.H]: I been in the game for knowledge god years now. Truthfully, the East Coast underground soundz and seeing the Wu do what they done inspired me as a producer & mc. Just here vinyl crackin' was good enough for me.

Did you know ODB personally?

[HELLKEYDOE]: Now cipher, the god is well respected by our whole team though some of us shed a few tears nawmean. Raaddrr Van told me the n.e.w.s and I was in disbelief about the ODB. I spoke to Buddha Monk and gave our condolences.

How did you meet Cappadonna? What it's like working with him?

[D.L.A.H]: I met Cappadonna in Cleveland nawmean. I took Greyhound and met him at a show at the Rhythem Room. He took time out to build and later on I got his math.I went to build with Cappadonna in Baltimore and it was a experience.  Cappadonna is down to earth but at the same time he does thingz the way he wants. Everyone always ask is Cappadonna doing a  "PILLAGE" part 2 and to tell you the truth I ask him to and like yo he
gotta keep going forward so I respect him for that. At the same time I'm going to keep asking.  PILLAGE 2 cap that's it'll sell like crazy. feel me

Can you tell us about any new projects you and Cappadonna are working on?

[D.L.A.H]: I am going to contribute tracks to the TRANSITION album and I believe to Cappadonna's mixtape.

Can you tell us about your upcoming album? What is it called? Any guests? What to expect and when?

[D.L.A.H]: Hellkeydoe is our self-titled album coming out in mid March/Feb. I (DLAH) handled the production and arranging of Hellkeydoe.  Maddfame produces tracks, as well.  Appearing on the album is ConsciouzFear ...and yes she writes her own rhymes.  New comer Lu-Struggz whom has a album coming out this year called "The crying Freeman" will appear on it.  Raddrr Van whom we collab on numerous projects like HELMET HERO'S "cipher he" joins in on a couple bangers.  And of course, the I.C.E FAM TEAM.  Iron Shiek laced us with to ill joints and Deadly Strangh & Lord Subliminal was on some ol chop mc's headz off nawmean. Yo what I think everyone will luv is the newness of the ideas to each joint. I try not to recyle feel me.Our group tracks sound like the good ol' days of mc's hoping on an off the mic. What we coming with is the THUNDER PALM style which basiclly is a sharp blow to face in one strike. In this case the face is hip-hop.

[Lu-Struggz (HelmetHero's)]: Honestly, the HellKeyDoe album is going to add on, production wise. Lyrics wise it's going to take you to our chamber: the FUTURE CHAMBER.  Yo..."the crying freedom" (my alter ego) album is my solo that will show the point of view about the hard working original man it's going to be something on it for everyone - even the dumb, deaf & blind people!

What’s your favorite track on your upcoming album?

[HELLKEYDOE]: Yo...that's  hard 2 say, it got 23 bangers on it. Yo on the real, when you listen to the album we bring you to Blackgerm, Ohio FEEL ME.bLOODY BIRDZ is a bangin song & hellkeydoe.Consciouz kills that beat nawmean.  Oh yeah...T.I.M.B is tight, as well.

What do you think of the state of hip-hop right now?

[D.L.A.H]: Right now hip-hop is WACK. WACK. Song Laffy Taffy is prime example of this. To me, that crunk music is for the 85% the dumb, deaf and blind.  I am not about to sugarcoat this, I think  WU TANG CLAN /BOOT CAMP can bring the East Coast back. To all the GODZ: put your differences aside and fight for
one common cause.  Wu is over 300 members.  Wu overpowers them.  Freedom, justice, and equilty is what HELLKEYDOE  fights for in music.  So to: RZA, POWER, MOOK, DIVINE all Ceo's of Wu it's time to strike!  STOP BULLSH**TING about comebacks, just do IT.!!!! 50 dissed Rae & Ghost and that ape should've got stomped out!  I am short in size, but I don't scare like that.  We need to start punken(checken) these rappers!  Look at RAPCITY with That wack ass host.  Lil Jon/Neptunes can make the same beat and people buy their sh*t like it's nu.  Kanye West is nothing more than a rip off of the RZA & 4th disciple production style.  What is Kanye doing new WU producers Don't do in 95.4TH should get a Grammy for HELLS WIND STAFF or RZA for
the illest  hip-hop albums of the 90's.  NYC needs to get up off it's a$$ and make them know once again "when the east is in the house oh my GOD danger".

[Lu-Struggz (HelmetHero's)]: Fuck hip-hop! right now, know what I'm saying.

Do you think the internet has an influence on up and coming MC’s?

[Lu-Struggz (HelmetHero's)]: What's good about the net is you can have a direct connection with the audience with the the people you want to reach.  By using the net you can put that shit  worldwide instead of being stuck here in the 52states.

[D.L.A.H]: Yo, the internet has it's pro's & con and up n coming  mc's. Some of pros is artist don't really need labels now. We can package and market our own products and set up a fan site to keep in touch with who supports us.Cons is too many mc's and not enough mic's feel me!!!

What are you listening to now?

[Consciouz Fear]: Right now in my CD player is  Dead Prez, Mobb Deep's Murda Musik, "where ya heart at" is my joint- feel me, company flow Funcrusher, plus big shout out to Def Jux nawmean. Nas 'godson' and yo ATL'S outkast & GoodieMob oldskool shit. Oh yea, almost forgot Think differently & DJ Muggs/GZA been like the only CD recently worth buying.

[D.L.A.H]: yo tell you truth wu & bootcamp...no disrespect but yo the old wu material is what I listen to. Cappadonna's "The Pillage" and "Silent Weapns for Quiet Wars" stay in rotation.  Besides, Wu I listen to trip-hop and overseas music. Hip-hop gets boring quick now.

[Lu-Struggz (HelmetHero's)]:  I'm listen to Capelton and ol' vintage WU shit...ODB's "Return to the 36chambers" and "Liquid Swords".

Where do you see hip-hop in the next ten years?

[Consciouz Fear]: nowhere if so-called mc's don't get they shit right. Hiphop right now is reminds me of bad cramps. Take for instance crunk music, personally, I think it's bullshit. Real MC's should stand the fuck up and take that shit back..

[D.L.A.H]: In 10 years, yo I see hiphop on listening to our "FUTURE CHAMBER SOUND".  See, in order for hip-hop to advance someone has to stand up. A lot of hip-hop headz are scared to say crunk music is garbage.  They think there're going to lose there  south fan base they never had or will.  Outkast/Goodie Mob are ill for down south acts and they're trying to do different things, but yo this is like born god when Puffy took all those ol 80's samples and won Grammy Awards, Source Awards etc... It's not fair to real hip-hop artist like ourselves who spend time perfecting our craft.

Are you going on any tours?

[HELLKEYDOE]: Yes in March, we're putting together a tour it's going to be mainly East Coast/Midwest type tour. Hellkeydoe is ill nawmean,so are fans want to see us and we want to see them in person.

(DLAH and 9th Prince)

What is the thing you are looking forward the most in 2006 from the Wu-Tang?

[D.L.A.H]: Well, what I'm looking forward to the most gotta be CUBAN LINX 2 and Cappadonna's "Transition", Consciouz Fear ,my D-LIJAH joint  & Lu-struggz  albums.  I hope ALLAH will help guide Wu-tang Clan & Wu affiliates in the direction of restoring THE W BRAND.Rza needs to make some apologies and the godz need to shake handz man,  get  there C.R.E.A.M. in order and do one more BIGSCORE.  It can be done.  Stop  fuckin with these wu-element producers ripp offs godZ(homies from around the way) .gEt 4th pay the man, get Trumasta pay the man, get mathamatices pay the man and whom ever else behind the scenes and bring this back.WE NEED THE WU CLAN!! and that's not on no fans shit or producer of this chamber music sound shit.  That's on some real shit.

[Lu-Struggz (HelmetHero's)]: The second Wu-tang revelation how the albums use to come out back to back.

Do you freestyle? If so how often? Do you feel like freestyle is a
necessary skill of the emcee or is it just something fun to have?

[Consciouz Fear]: yea, I freestyle from time to time and I feel it's necessary. but you know what pisses me off? when someone comes with written shit like it's off the dome. You can tell the difference.

[D.L.A.H]: freestylin' is cool nawmean, but these battles are mad corny. That 106 n' Park shit,  the 8mile shit,  yo it's like the same battles: "look at your shirt, look at your face". Than you got mc's getting deals off freestyle and when their albums comes out  it's on some ol' bull.  No concepts no ideas just freestyle...fuk
outta here I freestyle and I'm nice wit it jus do it for show never on  songs released to public.  I take time out and write my joints.

Any concluding thoughts?

[Lu-Struggz (HelmetHero's)]: yea, better watch out Wu tang told ya'll protect ya  neck,we're(Hellkeydoe and Helmet Hero's) are here to remind ya'll again. We bringing that rawness nawean all these groups, mc's that use the W need to do that shit right and add on. Stop trying to be RZA, be yourself.

[D.L.A.H] Yea!! Shout out to Killarmy. our Cipher He cousins, TimboKing, Bronze, and Kevlarr7, Boot Camp Click, Def Jux. R.I.P  OLD DIRTY & POETIC & GENERAL WISE.  What's up to Blue Raspberry, John The Baptist, Mark Live/live7, Juelz Butterfly, Jamie& Von (fynalstep audio), Minster Lewis, Sis Tamie &  Bro Quincy, Ironchamber staff, Raddrr Vam, all Nature Sound artists and yo Dreddy Kruger "Think Differently"  is a sick album.  Much support to Wu-Latino!
